Professor and economist, Ruth Prince Mack (1903-2002) attended Barnard College (B.A. 1923) and Columbia University (M.A. 1932, Ph.D. 1936). She served on the research staff of the National Bureau of Economic Research (1941-1967) and taught economics at a number of universities including Columbia, City University of New York, and the New School for Social Research.
